Hello, from snowy Buffalo! We’re here with a bit of unfortunate news. Due to the snow storms and extreme cold that has slammed our area, shipping for Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin has been delayed. Members of our fulfillment team were not able to navigate to our office for a few days, as a number of area roads were shut down. 

The good news is that many of your packages have already been prepped, and final touches are nearly complete. We’ll start shipping as soon as we can get everyone back to work. Our apologies for this slight delay. If only the Gauntlet had a weather gem…

Greetings from the cosmos!  Recently, we’ve received a number of inquiries about the shipping of Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin. Many of you have requested an update, and we’re listening.

We’re happy to formally announce that packages will go into the mail next week. Since our last update, our fulfillment team has been hard at work, carefully crafting each of your packages and checking them for quality. Since we had so many amazing backers, we thought it best to be thorough, and not leave anything to chance.

As you can see, that process of preparing individual packages is nearly complete. Our team will be putting the final touches on packaging over the next few days, and then shipping out in batches. Once mailing has officially begun, I will be back with another update to let you all know to be looking for your rewards in the mail. If, for any reason, you don’t see your package within two weeks of that update, please get in contact with us so we can provide you with tracking info and/or updates.

Lastly, there are still some backers who have not completed their BackerKit surveys. If you think this is you, please check your inbox and spam folders for an email from BackerKit. If you can’t locate it, you should be able to view your survey directly from your BackerKit account. In the event that it doesn’t turn up, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll get you squared away. Please be aware that we cannot ship out your rewards without the information you provide to BackerKit.

Cosmic comrades, we have excellent news to share! The physical copies of both Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin have arrived at our Buffalo, NY offices! We’re thrilled with how both books came out.

Our fulfillment team has already begun processing these beautiful books and getting them into our inventory. From there, they will be bundled with the rest of your rewards and stretch goals, and the mailing process will begin! We ship out rewards in daily batches, so packages should arrive in waves. We expect that the first batches will begin landing on your doorsteps mid-to-late next week, depending on your distance from our offices.

Thanks so much for putting your faith in us, and for remaining patient while we put together these books. We’re really proud of them, and we can’t wait for you too see how awesome the finished products are!

Good morning, backers! We hope you’re enjoying your digital rewards! Though if we do say so, the physical copies of Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin are things of beauty. Those things of beauty are on a truck right now, heading to our offices, along with copies of Black Book: The Art of Graham Nolan, for those of you who backed that project.

As soon as the truck arrives (within the next week, pending Christmas), we’ll unload all 350 cases of books, and immediately start the fulfillment process. We’ll be back with photos of the books as soon as we get them unpacked!

Digital Delivery!

Hello, cosmic comrades! Today, we’re happy to let you know that digital copies of Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin have been delivered to your inboxes. Your digital copies can be accessed by using the code we’ve provided. You’ll find the code in your download instructions. We hope you love them as much as we do! If you do not have an email from us, please check your spam folder to make sure it did not get shunted there.

As for your physical rewards, we’ve been in contact with our printer every step of the way during this campaign. We’re working closely with the printer to expedite shipping to our storage and fulfillment facility, and we expect delivery of the books in the next few days, keeping in mind that the Christmas holiday falling on Tuesday will impact delivery. From the physical proofs we have seen, we expect both volumes have printed beautifully.

We’re also happy to announce that the Jim Starlin Art Collection set of prints has been printed, and will ship out with your physical copies of Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin. Original art rewards and signed books will also ship at the same time.
