Comrades, as some of you may know, Bart Sears recently launched his Kickstarter for Drawing Powerful Heroes: Brutes and Babes Volume 2, and today is the last day to get in on the action!
Drawing Powerful Heroes is a collection of classic lessons culled from the pages of Bart’s How to Draw column in Wizard Magazine. Each lesson has been revised and updated for this amazing collection. This second volume includes lessons on anatomy, finishing styles, breaking into comics, and much more, and even has five brand new lessons created exclusively for this edition.
The campaign offers a ton of great rewards, including original art from artists including David Finch, Meghan Hetrick, Aaron Lopresti, Tim Seeley, Robert Atkins, Graham Nolan, Andy Smith, and of course Bart himself.

Good morning, Cosmic Comrades! We’re pleased to announce that the snow has subsided, our fulfillment team is back to work, and shipping for Mindgames and Black Book: The Art of Jim Starlin has begun!
As we’ve mentioned previously, shipping will be coming out in batches. As of now, nearly 200 packages have been shipped with more going out the door each day until each and every one of you have your rewards, including the Jim Starlin Art Portfolio, any original artwork, signed comics, and maybe even a surprise or two! Remember, we can’t ship to you unless you have filled out your BackerKit survey. If you’re unsure if you’ve filled out your survey, you can simply login to your BackerKit account and check on your status. You can fill out your survey directly from BackerKit if you have not already done so.
